3. Appointments & Bookings

Scheduling

• Appointments can be made by phone (+263 71 712 8107), WhatsApp, or in person
• We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance
• Bridal appointments should be booked at least 2-4 weeks in advance
• Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability

Confirmation

All appointments will be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Standard Services

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings

Bridal & Large Group Bookings

• A 50% deposit is required to secure bridal and large group bookings
• Cancellations made 14+ days before the appointment: Full deposit refund
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before: 50% of deposit refunded
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

5. Pricing & Payment

Pricing

• Prices are quoted in USD or ZWL equivalent at current rates
• Prices may vary based on hair length, complexity, and products used
• Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Payment Methods

• Cash (USD or ZWL)
• EcoCash and other mobile money platforms
• Bank transfer

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed for deposits.

6. Salon Conduct

To ensure a pleasant experience for all clients, we ask that you:

• Arrive on time for your appointment
• Inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities
• Treat our staff and other clients with respect
• Supervise any children accompanying you
• Keep mobile phones on silent during services
• Refrain from consuming food or alcohol in the salon

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these guidelines or behaves inappropriately.

7. Health & Safety

Client Responsibilities

• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect services
• Patch tests are recommended for chemical treatments (hair color, relaxers)
• If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment

8. Satisfaction & Complaints

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service:

• We will work with you to address your concerns
• Adjustments or corrections may be offered at our discretion
• Refunds are generally not provided for completed services but will be considered on a case-by-case basis

9. Product Sales & Returns

Product Purchases

• Products are sold as-is and should be used according to manufacturer instructions
• We recommend patch testing new products before full application

Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened products may be returned within 7 days with original receipt
• Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
• Defective products will be exchanged upon inspection
• Refunds are issued at our discretion
